      本公司创建于1973年,公司座落在素有“中国竹木建材之乡”美誉的南方重点林业县—铜鼓，占地面积120余亩，现为江西省自营进出口企业，拥有资产1.09亿元，员工3000余人，其中中级以上技术人员30多人，高级技术人员5人，联营下属企业１５家。并通过了ISO9001—2000质量管理体系认证。
      　　公司生产竹制品历史较长，早在八十年代就与台商合资在全国领先研发楠竹地板生产，经过二十多年的打造，公司研发的“多筋型防变形”第八代竹地板生产技术获国家两项专利（专利号：99227887.2、00259128.6）。目前，公司年生产能力已达300万平方米，产品不仅畅销国内，且大量出口至欧美、东南亚等国家和地区。
